MBM developed a top-down asset management improvement plan (the strategy) alongside the establishment and delivery of a Strategic Asset Management Plan.
MBM’s engagement included a literature review and stakeholder engagement process, state assessment of asset strategies, standards and service levels, options analysis, discrete steps prioritisation, and the development of the strategic asset management plan.
Following an asset management planning review and audit for OFTA, several significant gaps were identified at the NLA in terms of strategy, decision making, compliance reporting, policy instruction, and feedback mechanisms. MBM was engaged to address these findings and achieve the recommendations of the final report.
